Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pets On The Park returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:
a) unused, undamaged & able to be resold, in their original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging.
b) received at our office within 30 days of invoice date. Please send to Pets On The Park,  PO Box 5095, Dora Creek, NSW, 2264

Please notify us that you wish to return an item, either via phone or email. Once we have received the item we will either refund your Paypal account or your credit card. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Freight & handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect dispatch.
