Ankle Wraps - set/ 2 - Agilty Training, Rehabilitation and Limb awareness

Blackdog Wear Ankle Wraps are made with a soft stretchy velcro that fits comfortably around your dogs ankles, that allow for plenty of adjustment.

This product is useful for a range of reasons. 
They are often used in T-Touch which stimulates the function and vitality of the cells in an animal's body, and to activate unused neural pathways to the brain.

Ankle wraps can also be used for;

• Limb awareness; specifically in agility training. If the dog hits jumps, you can wrap the affected leg and bring awareness to that limb so they will be more concious of lifting the leg over the pole. Another use in agility would be when the dog runs over the agility ramp and needs to be aware of paw placement.
   
• Rehabilitation - Recovery from trauma or injury. Anxious dogs can loose contact with the ground and the ankle wrap can assist in the dog becoming aware of their limbs again. The dog may suffer with arthritis or another injury, ankle wraps can be used to assist in treatment when recommended for use by a professional.
   
• Agilty - Your dog may need to work on their gait in prep for a show.
