I bought the 500 gram size as I have 2 cockatiels who are almost weaned. I blend this with the hand raising mix, boiling water and cool it down with baby food. I buy veggies in a sachet with a twist top. You can use one sachet for 6 meals. It's a good way to introduce veggies to your birds from an early age.
